Please put [PM] Delete your account in the subject line.

So that we delete the right account, include one of the following:

A nickname on its own is not enough — nicknames are not unique, and deleting the wrong account is not something we can undo.

If you do not hear back within 3 business days, send the email again — it may have been filtered as spam. And if you still have the app installed, Option 1 above deletes the account straight away and does not depend on email at all.

What happens next

We do not delete anything the moment the request comes in. The account is locked and deleted 7 days later. During those 7 days you can open the app and restore the account. After that it is permanent, and signing up again always creates a new account.

What gets deleted

What we keep, and why

Game records — level and progress, coins, boosters and other in-game balancesOnce the identifiers above are erased irreversibly, these records are only numbers that cannot be linked to any individual. We use them solely as statistics for tuning game difficulty and in-game economy, never to restore an account or re-grant items.
Purchase receiptsTo handle refunds and payment disputes, to stop the same receipt being submitted again for a second payout, and to meet tax and accounting record-keeping obligations.
Event logsAggregate funnel statistics. These rows hold no identifying information beyond an internal ID number.

Purchase and supply-of-goods records are kept for 5 years, and records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution for 3 years, as required by Article 6 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (Republic of Korea). Game records, which by then cannot identify anyone, may be kept as statistics without a time limit.

The only user-related value left in these records is a single internal ID number. Deletion irreversibly removes everything that linked that number to a device or a person, so the records remain in a form that cannot identify an individual — and the link cannot be restored by us either. We do not use them to restore accounts or to re-grant items.
